Effective Date: 13th July 2026
Hoop Capital Inc., registered at 300-1095 McKenzie Avenue, Victoria, BC V8P 2L5, Canada (“Vault”, “Company”, “we” or “us”), provides blockchain and web3 wallet-related services under the Vault brand.
This Refund Policy forms part of the Vault Terms of Use and applies to the Vault mobile and desktop applications, Telegram Mini App, wallet-related features, relayer and gas-abstraction functionality, referral features, on/off-ramp access points, blockchain-related integrations and other services that link to this policy (the “Services”).
This policy is written for a non-custodial wallet model. It explains when Vault can review a refund request and, more importantly, when a refund is technically or legally outside Vault’s control. Mandatory consumer, payment or other rights that cannot be waived under applicable law remain unaffected.
Vault does not hold, receive, store, manage or control user digital assets, private keys, seed phrases, mnemonic phrases or wallet recovery credentials. Vault cannot access a user’s wallet, initiate transactions on behalf of a user, restore lost keys, retrieve assets from another address, or reverse transactions recorded or processed on a blockchain network.
Relayer, gas-sponsored or gas-abstraction functionality does not change this position. Such functionality may help submit, sponsor or facilitate a transaction, but it does not give Vault custody or control over the user’s assets, the recipient address, the token contract, the relevant smart contract, or the blockchain network.
Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible once signed, submitted, broadcast, confirmed or otherwise processed by a network, validator, miner, relayer, smart contract, protocol or third-party service. Vault therefore cannot cancel, reverse, recall, amend, delete or refund an on-chain transaction after it has entered that process.
Users are responsible for reviewing transaction details before signing, submitting or approving a transaction. This includes the wallet address, blockchain network, token contract, token standard, amount, gas or network fee, recipient, memo or tag, dApp, smart contract, approval permissions, slippage settings and any other transaction parameters displayed in or outside the Services.
Vault does not refund or compensate losses caused by a wrong address, wrong network, wrong token contract, unsupported address, missing memo or tag, wrong amount, duplicate transfer, incorrect approval, excessive permissions, incorrect slippage settings, or any other transaction detail entered, approved or confirmed by the user.
Vault may display warnings, labels, transaction previews or technical information. These tools are intended to help the user assess a transaction, but they are not a guarantee that a token, address, smart contract, dApp, recipient, protocol or third-party service is safe, correct, valuable, liquid, legitimate or recoverable.
Public blockchain addresses may receive tokens, NFTs or other assets from third parties without the user’s consent. Such assets may be spam, misleading, malicious, illiquid, impossible to sell, or designed to make the user visit a fraudulent website, connect a wallet, sign a harmful transaction or approve access to funds.
Vault is not responsible for losses arising from importing, displaying, hiding, burning, transferring, swapping, approving or otherwise interacting with custom tokens, scam tokens, unsolicited assets, NFTs, airdrops, smart contracts, dApps, links, messages, websites or third-party offers. Users decide whether to trust a token contract, import an asset, connect to a dApp or approve a transaction.
Vault support will never ask for private keys, seed phrases, mnemonic phrases, passwords or wallet recovery credentials. Sharing such information may result in permanent loss of assets, and Vault cannot restore assets lost in that way.
The Services may provide access to or interact with third-party services, including on/off-ramp providers, payment providers, identity verification providers, blockchain networks, blockchain explorers, RPC providers, relayer or energy providers, DEXs, bridges, dApps, analytics providers, application stores and external websites. These services are not controlled by Vault and are governed by their own terms, refund rules and support processes.
Vault does not refund assets, payments, fees or losses charged, retained, processed, rejected, delayed, blocked or caused by a third-party service. Network fees, gas fees, miner or validator fees, relayer fees, energy fees, protocol fees, liquidity-provider fees, bridge fees, on/off-ramp fees, payment-provider fees, exchange-rate differences, taxes and similar charges are not controlled by Vault unless expressly stated otherwise, and may be non-refundable even if a transaction fails, is delayed, is rejected, is underpriced, is reverted by a smart contract or does not produce the expected result.
Vault also does not reimburse losses caused by market volatility, price movement, slippage, MEV, liquidity shortages, smart-contract behavior, token restrictions, token blacklisting or pausing, token upgrades, protocol changes, forks, network congestion, network downtime or unsupported assets.
A transaction that appears failed, pending, delayed or missing from an interface may still have been submitted to a blockchain network or third-party service. Vault may help review available transaction hashes, network status and public blockchain data, but technical assistance does not create a refund, recovery or compensation obligation.
If the issue relates to an on/off-ramp provider, bridge, DEX, dApp, RPC provider, relayer or energy provider, payment provider, recipient platform or blockchain network, the user may need to contact that third party directly. Recovery or reimbursement by such a third party is not guaranteed.
Vault may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted with a new revision or effective date, and material changes may be notified through the Services or by other reasonable means where required by law.
Questions regarding this Refund Policy may be sent through the support channel designated in the Services or by email at support@stablevault.app.
