Vault — Terms of Use

1) Introduction & Acceptance

1.1. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of VAULT - a non-custodial crypto wallet application and related interfaces (mobile/desktop apps, web, Telegram Mini App) (the “Service”). VAULT is operated by AdSkill Limited (Hong Kong) (“we”, “us”). Registered address and contact: Unit 1603, 16th Floor, The .L Plaza, 367-375 Queen’s Road Central, Sheung Wan, Hong Kong; Privacy Officer: privacy@stablevault.app.

1.2. By installing, accessing, or using the Service, and by explicitly accepting these Terms through the interface provided upon first launch of the application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1.3. We will never request your seed phrase or private keys. Support must never ask for them. Report any such request immediately.

2) Definitions

Capitalized terms have the meanings in Annex C (Definitions).

3) Service Description

3.1. Non-custodial wallet. VAULT does not custody user private keys or seed phrases; keys remain on your device. We cannot recover lost keys.

3.2. Gas abstraction. The wallet may support gas sponsorship/relaying on supported networks (e.g., TRON energy/relayer). Details in Annex A.

3.3. Optional integrations. The app may show or route to Third-Party Services (on/off-ramp, DEX aggregators, bridges, analytics). We do not control or guarantee Third-Party Services (see §7).

3.4. Networks. Current production network(s): TRON (additional networks may be added). See Annex A (Technical Parameters).

4) Eligibility & Restricted Jurisdictions

4.1. You must be 18+ (business policy). Do not use the Service if you are under 18.

4.2. You must not be located in, organized in, or ordinarily resident of any country or territory subject to comprehensive sanctions; and you must not be on any sanctions list (e.g., OFAC SDN, EU consolidated list, UKsanctions list).

5) Account & Security

5.1. No custody/recovery. You are solely responsible for your device, seed phrase, and backups. We cannot recover your wallet.

5.2. Optional Contact Identifier. You may choose to provide an email address for the purpose of receiving support communications and important service notifications. This email address may be linked to your wallet address internally solely for these purposes, and for security and anti-abuse measures. It does not constitute an 'account' and cannot be used to access or control your wallet.

5.3. Prohibited sharing. Do not share credentials or authorize others to use your wallet.

6) Fees & Taxes

6.1. Network fees. On-chain transactions require network resources (gas/energy/bandwidth). If gasless/sponsored, we or a relayer may pay fees per policy in Annex A; you remain responsible where sponsorship is unavailable.

6.2. Taxes. You are responsible for all applicable taxes arising from your use of the Service.

7) Third-Party Services

7.1. The Service may integrate or deep-link to on/off-ramps, DEXs/aggregators, bridges, analytics (see Annex B). These are not under our control; your use is governed by their terms.

7.2. We do not warrant Third-Party Services and are not liable for their acts/omissions.

7.3. Some Third-Party Services may require KYC/AML. For example – our Relayer/Energy provider tr.energy (a service that helps save on fees in the TRON network) with the following API (https://tr.energy/ru/consumers/dashboard). TR.ENERGY operates under Petrovskogo LLC, a licensed company registered in Sharjah Media City (Shams), UAE. License No. 2111641.01, valid until February 23, 2026

7.4. Known infrastructure/analytics used by us (non-marketing): Vercel, Supabase, TronGrid, TronScan, Appsflyer - see Annex B.

8) Risk Disclosure

8.1. Irreversibility & finality. Blockchain transactions are typically irreversible after network finality; confirmations/finality differ by chain (e.g., TRON ~3s block time; finality mechanics per TRON DPoS). You must wait sufficient confirmations before relying on a transaction. (TRON Developer Hub)

8.2. Market/technical risks. Slippage, MEV, forks, congestion, smart-contract bugs, key compromise, wallet malware, and integration failures may cause loss.

8.3. No advice. We do not provide investment, tax, or legal advice.

9) Prohibited Uses

9.1. Using the Service to violate any applicable laws, regulations, including but not limited to the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and any applicable international sanctions, protectable IP, privacy or anti-abuse policies; attempting to decompile, attack, spam, or overload; using the Service for illicit finance, ransomware, or mixing services in violation of law; automated scraping or excessive rate-limit evasion.

9.2. We may throttle, suspend, or block usage to protect the Service.

10) Compliance (Sanctions, Export, AML/KYC)

10.1. Sanctions. You confirm you are not on U.S. OFAC lists and not in a comprehensively sanctioned jurisdiction; similar EU/UK restrictions apply. You also confirm that your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws and regulations of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. We may block or terminate access to comply with sanctions. (OFAC)

10.2. Export controls. You must comply with U.S. EAR and other export laws; do not use the app for prohibited end uses. (ecfr.gov)

10.3. AML/KYC. VAULT is a non-custodial wallet and does not itself provide regulated fiat/virtual asset exchange. Third-Party Services (on/off-ramp, etc.) may collect KYC and enforce AML.

11) Intellectual Property & License

11.1. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to install and use the app on any device that you own or control and that supports the Service for its intended purpose, subject to these Terms.

11.2. We retain all IP in VAULT software, marks, and content. You may not reverse-engineer except as permitted by law.

12) App Stores & Devices

12.1. Apple App Store. If you obtained the app via Apple’s App Store, your license is governed by Apple’s Standard EULAunless we provide a custom EULA; Apple is not responsible for maintenance/support beyond what law requires. Where a custom EULA applies, Apple may be a third-party beneficiary with the right to enforce applicable EULA terms. (Apple)

12.2. Google Play. Distribution via Google Play is subject to Google’s Developer Distribution Agreement and policies. Google and its affiliates may be third-party beneficiaries to the extent provided in that agreement. (Google Play)

18) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution (choose one variant before release)

18.1. Governing Law & Arbitration. These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any dispute shall be finally resolved by confidential arbitration administered by the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) under the HKIAC Administered Arbitration Rules in force when the Notice of Arbitration is submitted. The seat of arbitration shall be Hong Kong. The language of the arbitration shall be English

19) Termination & Suspension

19.1. We may suspend or terminate access for breach, legal risk, or platform abuse. You may stop using and uninstall at any time; on-chain data persists independently.
